Our Syrah is co-fermented with Viognier to get a deep rich color and smooth finish. Wines made [via co-fermentation] integrate early on so the texture is more congruent than it would be if blended later. 

This Syrah is appealing, featuring lively cherry, pepper and smoky herb flavors that build structure toward polished tannins.
